By creating an account or using Positivity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use Positivity in accordance with our Community Guidelines. You will not post content that is hateful, violent, misleading, or otherwise harmful. All content is subject to review and moderation.
3. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you post on Positivity. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.
4. Content Moderation
We use AI-assisted and human moderation to review content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines and to suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
6. Disclaimer
Positivity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content. Users are encouraged to report any concerning content through our reporting system.
