In-app deletion: Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data (stories, comments, prayer requests, bookmarks, and notifications).
Email request: Alternatively, send an email to support@thepositivity.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.

If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged or removed, please email us at support@thepositivity.app with the subject line "Moderation Appeal" and a description of the content in question. We will review your appeal promptly.
Q: How do I change my profile photo?
Go to Profile → Edit Profile → tap on your profile image to update it.
Q: How do I turn off push notifications?
Go to your device's Settings → Positivity → Notifications, or use the in-app Settings page.
Q: When do daily devotionals update?
A new devotional is published every morning at 6:00 AM Eastern Time, aligned with the current liturgical season.
Q: Why was my story/comment not published?
All content goes through a moderation review to ensure it meets our community guidelines. You'll be notified if your content is approved. If you have concerns, please submit a moderation appeal.
